Elephants in the Room


The ‘Elephants in the Room’ films, another award-winning campaign with the in-house marketing team at BCLP, were based on finding out about the hot discussion topics within the innovative and fast-growing ‘Build to Rent’ sector in property development.

We shot on location in Stratford and Wembley, recording a variety of interviews with key sector contributors, to get their perspectives on the burning issues having impact on their industry,

The interviews were filmed with lightweight GH5 and GH5S cameras, shooting V-Log in 4K, using Sigma 18-35 lenses as well as Canon 70-200, utilising a combination of sticks, handheld, sliders and using Zhiyun Crane 2 gimbals.

The films had fast turnarounds and tight shooting days, but content was covered by a team of 3 shooting B-Roll and GVs as well as all interviews all within a single day for each location.

This creative content campaign, unlike anything else in the sector, succeeded by helping real estate clients to tackle some elephants in the room. How? Using elephants, in rooms.
