The Collective – Lewis Silkin

A members “collective” of ideas from the fast-moving luxury and lifestyle space

Egg & Brush developed the creative strategy, design and production for Lewis Silkins’s new brand offshoot ‘The Collective by Lewis Silkin’.

Bringing together the identity, website and various animations for social media under our ‘Insights.Shared’ initiative, we took our visual cues from the hospitality, high-end product, lifestyle and automotive sectors in order to create a set of bespoke, premium materials which express this premium brand.

We took a hybrid approach to the identity, fusing influences from traditional fashion serifs fonts and mixing them with contemporary sans fonts to create a unique, confident and characterful typographic marque. We then designed and animated 2d and 3D expressions for use across the website and social media.

An elegant and simple to use WordPress theme was complemented with bespoke elements to create a vibrant and stylish home. With an eye to easy updates and a simple management system for the small in-house Team at Lewis Silkin, we optimised the site and produced helpful guidelines.
